Welcome to Nur Ul Islam Academy
Asha Nazadin is an accomplished educational leader with more than two decades of experience in teaching, instructional leadership, curriculum development, and school administration. As the Head of Middle School at Nur Ul Islam Academy, she is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, strengthening school culture, and ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive.
In her current role, Ms. Nazadin works closely with the school principal to select rigorous curricula, implement supplemental resources, and align instructional practices with state standards. She is deeply committed to monitoring student achievement, closing learning gaps, and supporting teachers through meaningful mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Ms. Nazadin also oversees daily operations—managing schedules, coordinating communication among teachers, families, and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and supportive learning environment for all. With a strong foundation in data-driven instruction and educator support, she empowers teachers to elevate their practice and helps students reach their highest potential.
Before becoming Head of Middle School, Ms. Nazadin served in multiple instructional and leadership roles across South Florida. Her earlier years at Nur Ul Islam Academy included teaching third grade, mentoring new educators, providing professional development, and supporting curriculum initiatives such as Accelerated Reader and Think Central.
Throughout her career, Ms. Nazadin has remained dedicated to supporting Islamic schools and uplifting students through a holistic, faith-guided, academically rigorous education. Her passion for student success, love for teaching, and commitment to professional growth make her a respected leader among students, families, and educators.

It sets the stage for future success, both academically and socially. Our lower school program fosters mastery of skills, independence, overall cognitive and social growth within an Islamic environment.
NUIA’s Middle School program provides a strong academic and moral foundation for students in grades 6–8. This is a time of discovery, independence, and growth — and our teachers guide students every step of the way. Working closely with parents, we create a nurturing Islamic environment where students are encouraged to excel academically, spiritually, and socially.
