The Academy’s organizational framework is characterized by a governance structure comprising a Board of Directors (ranging from 9 to 15 members), an Executive Management team (comprising four members, led by the President), and an administrative hierarchy that includes a Principal, Academic Dean, Heads of Schools, Department Heads, teaching faculty, and support staff. To fulfill its mission and objectives, the Academy is committed to recruiting and retaining highly qualified scholars, administrators, and educators who demonstrate exceptional expertise and dedication to academic excellence.
